I first became acquainted with Analogozi through a giveaway of “Anapuri Shutter” by Satsuki（@makura2ofuton）, whom I met in the community. I was shocked by the novel way of expression of the shutter and the wonderful illustrations full of originality.

Illustration Contribution Period

Analogozi posted his first hand-drawn illustration on Pixiv in January 2011. He was active without much recognition, but even back then, I find his black-and-white monochrome balance to be divine.

His path to becoming an artist was difficult, and his comic book editor even advised him to quit drawing and told him he had no talent, but he still believed in himself and continued to draw for 13 years, never forgetting his passion for his art.

NFT Artist Debut

He started NFT in October 2021 and at first he was not even looked at. Nevertheless, he continued his activities and in February 2022, his work began to be purchased, and his work surpassed the goal he had set for himself, “1 ETH of total transactions in one collection,” changing the future of his art.

Currently, total NFT sales: 29 ETH (about 7.5 million yen), over 1,200 traded items, and the highest price of 1.8 ETH (about 450,000 yen) for a single piece!

He has now (2023/10/09) produced over 600 works at NFT and has built a reputation as an artist of note under the name “Anarogu Oji of the World”.

Analogozi of the World

He was selected to exhibit at the global exhibition event “NFT NYC 2023” in April 2023. On that occasion, to our surprise, a digital exhibition of his work “Project B.G #024 ‘Walk This Way'” was decided and displayed at the Times Square “NASDAQ Building” in New York City.

The work will be displayed four to five times on April 11, 2023 from 8:30pm to 9:30pm. Each time lasted only 5 seconds, but Anarogu Ouji’s art adorned Times Square.

Since then, he has been called the “Analogozi of the World,” and his art has been reaching more and more people.

With a determination to “do whatever it takes to sell,” he has created a variety of methods and works, including “Freemint,” “TikTok,” “Manga Production,” and “Bitcoin NFT (Ordinals).”

In June 2023, “Newspeak” was sold on Ordinals (Bitcoin NFT) and has become a very popular collection, with works in precious black and white selling out immediately.

Community and Cooperation

He participates as an authorized creator of “GGE” and has also gained an ardent following. He also creates full-order works and interacts with fans.

He has also formed a doppler duo with YUO.+, creating joint works and distributing them with his voice through the Twitter space.

In real-life exhibitions, the Doppler duo has also won the right to paint an entire wall of art in a café, showing off their stunning artwork.

Analogozi‘s esteemed cartoonist
