Across’s Trail

I (Mokichi) started NFT in September 2022. On the other hand, Mr. Across is a senior member who started his activities a year before that. Mr. Across is the NFT creator of KimonoGirl & SUMI Collection and also manages the 3C community.

The basis of our activities is support

Mr. Across puts priority on his own feeling of “liking” and interacting with many people, not on the value of the illustration (NFT) up or down. He supports not only his own projects but also other NFT creators without distinction. In addition, through active collaboration and the creation of fan art, it can be seen that you are contributing greatly to the development of the NFT community as a whole and to the promotion of exchanges among creators.

Not only do you purchase NFTs of individual creators, but you also purchase NFTs of projects without distinction and hold them for a long time (gachiho), which is exactly the attitude of a gentleman.

KimonoGirl NFT

The representative collection “KimonoGirl” was started in October 2021 with the fan art of CryptoNinja 009 Anon-chan, a two-person team managed by Across and illustrated by Ryan.

The KimonoGirl collection consisted of three collections in the NFT art series themed on kimono characters and began with a cute kimono musume miniature character.

Mr. Across professes, “I am KimonoGirl’s number one fan!” and his words show his deep love for the collection.

1. KimonoGirl NFT
The collection that started it all with a series of unique and lovable miniature characters.

2. KimonoGirl Lovers
A collection of beautiful kimono girls whose miniature characters have grown a bit more mature.

About Ryan

Next, let me introduce you to Ryan, who is in charge of illustrations for the KimonoGirl project, where she creates characters.
Her fan art illustrations of “Hatsune Miku” have been very popular on X and have attracted a lot of attention, and since 2023, she has also started X Space, attracting fans with her lovely voice. Start of NFT activities

Mr. GIMO started his activities in January 2021, when he purchased a work from NFT. In the same month, he released a collection called “PAXXX”. PAXXX” is a cute character with a motif of a headdress. The first collection was difficult to sell because NFT was not yet widespread, but many people purchased it, and the attractiveness of gimo’s illustrations became well known to the world.

In May 2021, NFT activities will begin in earnest with the launch of the GIMO collection. The collection is characterized by the “three eyes in a horizontal line. The character is refined by using thick lines, leaving only the necessary elements, so that the motif is recognizable in its minimal form. It is truly a collection of subtraction. This character has a strong impact due to its simplicity and leaves a strong impression. This is a very popular collection with a total volume of 19 ETH since its release.

Exhibit your work at events

He has also been active in exhibition activities, and held the [EDGEoff x gimo] gimo exhibition on September 30, 2023. gimo was his first solo exhibition, and he enjoyed communicating with visitors during his stay at the gallery. I first became acquainted with Analogozi through a giveaway of “Anapuri Shutter” by Satsuki（@makura2ofuton）, whom I met in the community. I was shocked by the novel way of expression of the shutter and the wonderful illustrations full of originality.

Illustration Contribution Period

Analogozi posted his first hand-drawn illustration on Pixiv in January 2011. He was active without much recognition, but even back then, I find his black-and-white monochrome balance to be divine.

His path to becoming an artist was difficult, and his comic book editor even advised him to quit drawing and told him he had no talent, but he still believed in himself and continued to draw for 13 years, never forgetting his passion for his art.

NFT Artist Debut

He started NFT in October 2021 and at first he was not even looked at. Nevertheless, he continued his activities and in February 2022, his work began to be purchased, and his work surpassed the goal he had set for himself, “1 ETH of total transactions in one collection,” changing the future of his art.

Currently, total NFT sales: 29 ETH (about 7.5 million yen), over 1,200 traded items, and the highest price of 1.8 ETH (about 450,000 yen) for a single piece!

He has now (2023/10/09) produced over 600 works at NFT and has built a reputation as an artist of note under the name “Anarogu Oji of the World”.

Analogozi of the World

He was selected to exhibit at the global exhibition event “NFT NYC 2023” in April 2023. On that occasion, to our surprise, a digital exhibition of his work “Project B.G #024 ‘Walk This Way'” was decided and displayed at the Times Square “NASDAQ Building” in New York City.

The work will be displayed four to five times on April 11, 2023 from 8:30pm to 9:30pm. Each time lasted only 5 seconds, but Anarogu Ouji’s art adorned Times Square.

Since then, he has been called the “Analogozi of the World,” and his art has been reaching more and more people.

Mr. Onaka Suita started his Twitter activity in 2020 and writes illustrations and cartoons of the penguin “Chanpen” on his account “The Gentle World of Penguins – Onaka Suita @“.

The NFT account “Onaka Suita- NFT(Puni)” has been transmitting since October 22, 2022, and has started its NFT activities. This account also currently has over 3,300 followers (as of 02/07/2023).

Onaka Suita main illustrations are characters based on animals and food.

Mugiwara is an illustrator and NFT artist.

He produces a work called “cute cute girls collection” and also publishes line stamps.

Initially, he was a member of TMA (THE Mafia Animals), an NFT collection and community, and wrote fan art.

On 9/8/2022, I started NFT and created my own “cute cute girls” which became a big hit due to its cuteness.

Now (2023/04/16) total sales have reached 23 ETH and the floor price is up to 0.16 ETH.

He expressed his joy with a yelp and became known as the “yelping illustrator”.

He later won the bid for #016 (Nancy) of TheMafiaAnimals’ NFT art (one of only 45 available) for 15 ETH and became an executive member of TMA.

He is now more influential and active in the community.

Artist to create an immersive experience with an overwhelming dose of

I became an NFT artist in March 2022. Although he has not had any firm promotion, his Total Volume traded in about six months is 24.83 ETH. Supported by his core warm fans, he continues to produce works to this day.

Originally a professional cartoonist-illustrator with experience in various weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and bimonthly cartoon series under other names, as well as illustrations for novels and original stories.

Currently, he is working on the NFT Art axis.

Kyushime started the Generative NFT Art Project “World of Lunars” with the hope that people not only in Japan but also all over the world can enjoy his works.

CONCEPT

Hisashige’s dream and goal

My dream is to make the name of KYUSHIZUE big enough to reach the world and to create works that I am satisfied with. My dream is to make the name “Hisashime” big enough to reach the world and to create works that I am satisfied with.
I believe that making my name big is due to the fact that when I was a child, when I was conscious of death, I thought that I wanted to leave my works for a long time. I believe that this is the origin of my desire to leave my work behind for a long time.
What I want you to enjoy in the world of Hisaime is that I myself enjoy what comes out in the world I create and what I can create.
I dream that this happiness will lead me to the next exciting or exciting thing I want to do, and that it will become an eternal cycle.

Please note that I only became aware of Mr. Hisashina in about December 2022, so information may be thin on the ground regarding anything prior to that date.

NFT Activities

NFT artist started his activity in March 2022, Total Volume traded in about 6 months is 24.83 ETH!

He has worked as a professional cartoonist-illustrator, so his drawing skills are nothing short of amazing. The pictures expressed in overwhelming doses are breathtaking.

Title：strawberry moon

The moment I saw it, I couldn’t take my eyes off of it. I can’t put it into words well, it makes my teeth itch, but it attracts me tremendously. The power of the eye is amazing…?

And the pressure of the densely condensed information is still overwhelming every time. What is going on here? Hm? What about here? Mm-hmm? I zoom in and look here and there.

The title is “strawberry”, which for a moment reminds you of cuteness, but it betrays you in a good way. I’m not sure what to make of it .

The color of the strawberries in the work is also somewhat cool, not only sweet, but also illuminating the work with a quiet gentleness like the moon?

You can see the beautiful strawberry moon well tonight.

Mr. Hisashige’s first general PFP collection was so popular that the public sale sold out in a few minutes. The quality of this work is more like a “single picture” than a generative PFP.

In April 2023, collaborated with Tsukiji Fruit Juice Creation Shop Oimachi (fruit sandwich specialty store)

• Physical event with the actual store.

On one of the four days of the event, the artist himself was present at the store, giving us the opportunity to meet him in person.

Think and mag announce collaborative project Think Lunar Tokyo (TLT)

This is a project by three artists of different genres with different vectors: manga, street art, and photography. We are anxious to see what the three of them will do in the future.

We exhibited a booth as TLT. I had a great opportunity to talk with Mr. Hisashina, Think, and mag and had a great time.

I was impressed by their personality and concern for giving sweets to visitors.
There was also a special present for the holders of Hisashige-san’s work, an original painting of the work (with his autograph, if you wish!).

At the end – Fan Comments

I don’t remember how it all started, but when I saw Hisaaki’s work on some occasion, I thought, “Oh, that’s a cool illustration! It was a cool illustration! And as I looked at them, I realized that I was completely captivated by their charm.

I have always loved illustrations that are very well drawn, although I don’t think that is all there is to illustration.
And the illustrations I have seen so far were rather colorful.

Hisaimee’s works use relatively few colors, but despite this, the illustrations have a great sense of three-dimensionality or depth, and I was instantly attracted to his worldview.
The infinite colors that spread out from the simple hues to the lines draw the viewer’s gaze.
I had the illusion that I could dive into the world as if it really existed there.
It seems that the metaverse space where you can experience the one and only Kusari World has already been realized ahead of other metaverse spaces.

I felt from meeting Mr. Kusakari directly at the event that not only the excellence of his works, but also his own personality is an attraction that attracts fans.

I am really looking forward to seeing more of his work in the future.

NamuNamu is a cat lover and art lover (Love Cats. Love Art.) She is a talented artist with about 3,000 followers on Twitter.

Namu Namu started selling NFT on December 9, 2021.
He is a proven creator who has been active since the early days when NFT first gained attention.

Namu Namu’s illustrations are wonderful in ideas and colors, and “cat_cat_cat” has the following characteristics.

I will explain with cat_cat_cat ( hoodie cat #037) which I own.

Idea

Koinobori and hoodie are a combination. The design is really excellent, with the strings of the hoodie looking like the whiskers of a carp, and the material of the hoodie matching the carp.
Furthermore, the idea of making it look as if it is being eaten by a carp is also interesting.

Colors

In her works, the number of colors is narrowed down and calculated shades are used, and the primary colors are gorgeously expressed.
The color palette in her other works is also very beautifully calculated.

Cat Design

Emphasis is placed on the PFP (profile picture), which uses bold lines and a flat design composed entirely of geometric shapes.
The element is also kept simple in consideration of the number of listings. Above all, the cats she draws are very cute.
